Shadetree's Gardeners Cottage with its 19 windows (12 stained glass) feature a sitting room and bedroom with sweeping hilltop vistas and a sumptuous bath with "oasis-like" Jacuzzi for two. Antique stained glass windows highlight the intimate bedroom. In addition to the front porch, Gardeners Cottage guests also have their own private outdoor area complete with fire pit.

Shadetree's Loft is repeatedly described as "magical". Up at treetop level, with ten foot tall cathedral ceilings and walls of Louisiana red heart cypress, its Adirondack-style charm with skylights over the bed and old-fashioned tub have drawn countless honeymooners. Its private balcony overlooks the outdoor campfire and the dale leading to the Mississippi River.

Each suite has a king-sized bed with crisp cotton sheets, a small library of inspirational books, a stereo with a range of soothing musical tapes, cable TV, free high-speed internet, a wet-bar with refrigerator, microwave, toaster & coffee maker, and aromatherapy bath products as the perfect antidote to the tensions of modern day living. Cocktails, an appetizer and deluxe continental breakfast in the privacy of your suite are included.
